I make it a point to always be actively learning and using new technologies. Here are a few highlights of some of the things I am working on.
Great expertise and technical knowledge are only part of the equation to success in any project. Good communication and teamwork complete this equation. A strong and cohesive team can overcome any challenge.
Frank Hernandez has to be single-down one of the best developers in Miami. There are basis for this statement. He has an ability to complete projects in incredible times. Sometimes, projects that would take an average of a month of good developers, he can do it in half or 3/4 of the time. Another incredible skill that Frank has is the deep understanding of software engineering. His design patterns understanding and his knowledge are a wonderful skill that he has. Frank also is extremely sharp and it is able to handle lots of topics at the same time. Frank can deliver. I personally worked with Frank in a few projects, where his ideas, design, and development skills made it worth while. I recommended Frank for Software Development and R&D.
Thank you very, very much for all of the help that you had given me, especially on the recent issue regarding the coloured icons, that you had taken the time and trouble to help me. I really appreciate it very much. You saved the day.
In recognition of your continuous willingness for helping the CTO team with the technical interview process of engineering candidates. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and much appreciated! Thank you!
Thank you for all your help and support for helping our team test and troubleshoot our prototypes and always being there to answer any questions.
Sharing our knowledge with those around us not only helps strengthen the community but also helps us obtain a better understanding ourselves. As Albert Einstein once said: "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough"
